Tournament timing: 17th – 19th August 2023

Participating teams: Torino FC (ITA), ETO FC Győr (HUN), SL Benfica (POR), FK DAC (SVK), Crvena Zvezda (SRB), Baník Ostrava (CZE)
All matches are played according to applying official FIFA and Hungarian Football Federation rules and.
Only players born after January 1, 2007 are eligible to play
Playing time: 35-minute halfs
Equipment: 2 sets of jerseys (home&away) in which they will perform at the tournament
Participating 6 teams are drawn into two groups, after round-robin in each groups, first place finishers play for the Championship, seconds for 3rd place, and thirds for 5th place. After each and every group game regardless the results of regulation time, it is penalties to provide #4 tie-breaker.
Group stage tie-breakers:
3 points for win, 1 point for a draw
Placement games ending in a draw will not play overtime and it will be decided by penalties after regulation time (5 penalties each, and sudden death after that). An official roster of 20 players are allowed for each team , however it is only 5 substitutes allowed each games. Game can be interrupted only 3 different time (maximum 5 subs each games). Maximum 5 team officials can sit on the bench during games. Dismissed players (straight red or 2 yellows) are automatically serve a 1-game ban. In case of major offenses, and fair-play violations, there is a 2-game suspension possibility decided and awarded by the disciplinary commitee.

20-player roster allowed, and each player needs to play with the same jersey number.
Technical meetings before each game need to decide of jersey colors, and coordinated between participating teams. At technical meetings all player cards or identification documents need to be presented.
All participating players need to have identification documents (passport or ID cards) presented at technical meeting before tournament official kick off.
