As part of the ETO Park multifunctional centre, the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the ETO Park Lifestyle Centre, within minutes from the city centre and the Industrial Park of Győr. Therefore, the four star hotel is an excellent choice for business travellers, and it offers convenient accommodation to visiting sports teams due to the proximity of sports facilities. With rooms looking onto the stadium, the Hotel represents a unique and novel segment on the Hungarian hotel market.

In order to satisfy the needs of conference guests, a quality conference area of over 1000 m² is to be created.

•  Ballroom: is located on the second floor of the Hotel, has a ceiling height of 4.25 m, receives natural light, holds up to 400 people, wherefore it serves as an excellent venue for special events and large-scale conferences.
•  Other special rooms: On the first floor of the Hotel there are two naturally lit conference and banquet rooms, each with a maximum capacity of 200 people. Both rooms can be subdivided two equal parts.
•  There are two other rooms on the ground floor of the Hotel, with a maximum capacity of 60 and 70 people, respectively.

The six-storey, four star hotel has been built on the southern side of the stadium, with 98 superior business rooms and 5 executive business suites. Three pairs of rooms can be interconnected, and two rooms are specifically designed for physically disabled guests. More than half of the rooms have a view on the stadium.

Each superior business room has a floor area of 24 m2, and is equipped with shower or bath in the bathroom. All rooms come with individually adjustable air conditioning, a television with cable channels and media playing possibility via USB connection, a telephone, a mini-bar, a laptop-size safe-box, a coffee and tea bar, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, as well as free Internet access.

The Hotel offers special business services to its guests, such as concierge and business centre services (including the use of computer, printer, photocopier, fax machine). In addition, guests may use the ‘Quick Shopping’, the wake-up, the early check-in and late check-out, as well as the value-added ‘Ladies room’ services.

The Hotel’s á la carte restaurant has a seating capacity of 100 people, and offers a full panoramic view of the stadium. There are two more special rooms connected to the restaurant, with a capacity of 100 and 90 people, respectively, in a theatrical seating arrangement.

In addition, guests are welcome around the clock to spend time in the bar and the card room connected to the lobby.

The building will also house a Wellness–Fitness Studio, which will offer relaxation for the Hotel’s guests with cardio-fitness equipment, sauna and multifunctional shower cabins.
